I’m disappointed. When my order arrived, half the accessories were missing, which made the whole thing feel incomplete. I really wish I had read the reviews first because now I’m dealing with the hassle of trying to sort it out.

I ordered this costume for a themed birthday night because it looked really fun online, and to be fair, the idea of it was still good when it arrived. I just felt a bit disappointed once I saw it in person, because the material and overall look came across cheaper than I was hoping for.

The fit was kind of strange too. Some areas felt tight while others were loose and baggy, so I never really felt fully comfortable or confident wearing it out. I kept adjusting it, which isn’t really what you want during a night out.

I could see it being fine for a last-minute costume, a casual house party, or something where nobody is taking the outfits too seriously. But for the birthday event I needed it for, it didn’t really hit the mark, and I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

I ordered from Funshack and everything did show up in good condition, so no complaints there 🙂 The delivery just took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was a little annoying. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had arrived sooner!

The shipping was fair and there wasn’t any weird surprise when I got to checkout. It ended up being less than I thought, and everything still showed up just fine. I’d order from Fun Shack again for that alone, to be honest

I ordered a fancy dress outfit from Fun Shack i was a bit nervous about how it would look when it arrived. Luckily it was better than I expected. The fit was good and the material didn’t have that cheap, flimsy look I was worried about. Delivery came on time too, which was such a relief because I needed it for the weekend. I’d definitely order from them again.

I wore this costume to two parties, and it actually held up really well. The seams are still totally fine, which I was happy about

I barely knew where my order was the whole time. I kept checking and checking, but there just wasn’t much update or clear info. It was frustrating, frustrating enough that I wasn’t sure when it would actually show up.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured getting a refund would be a hassle, but it was actually really simple. I emailed them, got a quick reply, and the money was back without me having to chase anything up. Really fair and useful service from start to finish. Definitely 5 stars from me

I found what I needed quickly and checkout was easy, which just makes me more annoyed that other places make this such a hassle. It shouldn’t be this hard elsewhere, so at least this site got that part right

As someone who gets stressed having to chase customer service, I was genuinely relieved by how smoothly this went. I had a small issue with my order and messaged Fun Shack not expecting much, to be honest. They got back to me quickly, and the lady I spoke to was really friendly about it. They sorted everything without any hassle and kept me updated along the way. it made a nice change, and I’d happily use them again.

I was getting impatient checking everywhere else and seeing it sold out, so I was relieved to find it in stock here. Ordered it right away and was glad I didn’t have to keep searching

The costume looked good in person , but the sizing was definitely smaller than I expected . I ended up having to make it work at the last minute , which was a little stressful .

The costume looked okay when it arrived, but the fit was awkward. It was tight around the shoulders and then weirdly baggy in other places, so it didn’t feel comfortable at all. I only wore it for one night because I had to, but it wasn’t a great experience. For the price, I’d expect a better fit, so I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund

I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was clunky. It froze after I’d already entered my details, and then I had to go back and add something to my basket all over again. The payment did go through eventually, but the whole thing didn’t feel very smooth and made me a bit unsure about whether the order had actually worked. Also, it’s annoying how there always seem to be little policy loopholes where if something glitches on their end, you’re still the one stuck redoing everything or chasing it up. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating...

The box turned up all squashed, and there were little bits rattling around loose inside. Typical, really — I seem to be the one who always gets the damaged one. Not a great experience and definitely not what I was hoping for.

Not gonna lie, I was actually happy with the costume I ordered from Fun Shack. The material felt nicer than I thought it would, and the fit was good too. It didn’t have that cheap feel you sometimes get with fancy dress outfits. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a few things from Funshack and had to send one item back because it didn’t fit me right. The return instructions were easy to follow, so that part was fine. The refund did take longer than I thought it would, which was a bit annoying, though I guess it wasn’t exactly impossible or anything. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I feel like if the refund was faster then I probably wouldn’t have minded the return at all.

I ordered a costume from funshack.co.uk and felt a bit embarrassed when I first tried it on because it didn’t look quite as good as I’d imagined from the pictures. The colours were duller in person and the fabric felt thinner than I expected. That said, it still did the job for the party and the sizing was fine, so it wasn’t a total disappointment. I just wish the photos showed the material a bit more clearly. Overall, 3 stars feels fair.

I ordered a costume from FunShack and, to be fair, it looked really close to the photos, which I appreciated. The design was great and the fit was mostly spot on. There was one small part that felt a bit cheaper than the rest, but overall I was happy with it and felt it was a fair purchase.
